Problems uploading certain file types.

I am running ubuntu server 20.04, osticket 1.15.7

I cannot upload a .eps (ecapsulated postscript) file.
I set it up in tickets, attachment settings with first no restrictions, then manually including .eps as a file time.
If I put the file in a .zip, it uploads fine (and I checked file sizes, that is not it).
I get the infamous undefined 500 error.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like you need to add the file type (.eps) to the Additional File Type Filters setting under Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Ticket Attachments Settings.

I DID add it to file types.. That is the first thing I tried...

Inspect the page, go to the network tab, upload the file, click the request that was made, click the Response tab in the request, and see if it provides a more detailed error.
