Problem with IMAP

Good morning, I have the following problem "Can not authenticate to IMAP server: [AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Invalid credentials (Failure) ", this appears when I try to save the settings, I have already done a search to try to solve this, but I have not had success. Can anybody help me?

It's saying the login/auth information you provided is incorrect. You need to make sure the email address and password are indeed correct. If they are correct then you might have Modern Authentication forced in which you need to disable for this account or you have MFA and you need to create an App Password. Please refer to your mail provider's documentation on how to accomplish the above.

If all else fails please reach out to your mail provider for further assistance. The important thing to note is osTicket only support Basic Authentication via IMAP/POP3 and SMTP protocols.

I really had it wrong, I was typing the wrong password.
But I went to test it now by creating a ticket by email, and it doesn't appear in the OST, do you know what it could be?
