ADVapologyANCE if this is answered elsewhere. I did search, and didn't find a relevant match.
We are new users to osT v1.16.2 -- freshly installed, seems to be working fine (but we're just learning, too).

I'd like to understand if the above display is 'normal', or if perhaps i've configure something incorrectly.
Since we have only 2 agents, and both are in same Department (Support), I expected to see both of them in this Dashboard-Statistics-Agent display. I thought this because both of the other two TABs show a list of what is defined:: Department ( Support, Maintenance, CRG Support IT (HQ) ), Topics ( General Inquiry, Report a Problem ).

For Agents TAB, we see only the Agent that is logged in. So, if Adam is logged in, he sees only his name , and if michael is logged in, only his...

ADVthanksANCE for any help in re-setting my expectations.

    Go to Admin Panel > Agents > Agents, click on an Agent, click the Permissions tab, click the Miscellaneous tab, enable Stats — Ability to view stats of other agents in allowed departments, and Save Changes. You should then be able to see the stats of other Agents.
