Great upgrade process

Hi,

I've been using osTicket for a few years to help our open source project and it's been working well. I updated from osTicket 1.10 to 1.15-7 and was impressed with the migration process.

I've upgraded because I understand that Google will change GMail authentication soon. Will the functionality needed to support this be backported to 1.15 or will I need to upgrade to 1.16 (and in turn, PHP8).

With OAuth2.0 support we will release a new major version labeled v1.17 which will require PHP 8.0. We hope to include PHP 8.1 support sometime in the 1.17.x series.
