not able to create/edit "Ticket Details" or "Subj:"

Hello:
Perhaps i am missing something simple?
This is a new installation of v1.16
When creating a ticket -- as an Admin/Agent it seems the Ticke form does not permit me to add a Ticket Summary (Subj: line).

(Can you see the above images?)

Please search for/read other threads before posting. This has been answered in many other threads. You will need to go to Admin Panel > Manage > Help Topics, select a Help Topic, click the Forms tab, and ensure all fields are enabled.

This is a installer bug that is on our list to look into.

Thanks, Kevin. I'll keep looking -- the best candidate (for a fix) seemed to be enabling the various parts of the form. This did not work for my near-virgin install. I also disabled and then re-enabled -- and still no change... I'll try to find additional tips and see if one works for my install.

Found another ticket with a helpful picture...
I was not enabling in the correct location.
Needed to 'drill down' into the Help Topic.
