i tried to upgrade osticket from version 1.10 to version 1.15.7 but the process was very long when migrating and i thought there was a problem so i decided to rollback, after rollback and i logged into the app the message "The upgrader does NOT support upgrading from the current patch appears [ad9d0a5f1bd9f83a4ecb3f590b334eac]!", why does this happen and how to solve it?
