Can't find plugins...

I am running osticket in Ubuntu 20.04 and I have moved a plugin to the folder below:

 /var/www/osticket/upload/include/plugins

I am still unable to fined the plugin in osTicket.

Is there somewhere else where I should place the file?

Specs are below:

osTicket Version v1.16.1 (b42ddc7) — v1.16.2 is available
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu)
MySQL Version 5.5.60
PHP Version 8.0.18

Put the plugin in the include/plugins/ directory. Then you go to Admin Panel > Manage > Plugins, click Add New Plugin, and add the desired Plugin. Once added you will need to configure it and Enable it.

Good morning Kevin I have done that but the plugin is still not visible when I go to Add New Plugin from Admin Panel > Manage > Plugins. I am going to try another plugin and see if it is visible or not.
