I want to add the value of the 'Account Manager' entered in the Organization record to a queue list, but I cannot find this field in the field list. I've searched the forum, asked Dr.Google as well but couldn't find an answer. Any help would be much appreciated.

    This is not a feature of osTicket at this time. You would have to customize the code to accomplish this.
