CC and BCC

Dear all

is there any way to receive all CC and BCC of received email in osticket for V1.7 ? and also I want to send the "reply to customer" to a CC address.

I find that the best way for multiples staff to get an email is to use a mail server (managed and maintined) email list as my administrator email address in osTicket. This might assist you with that.

Other wise there is currently no way to do what your describing in either case.
