Ticket Subject and Details missing

Hello guys,
I installed a 1.16.1 osticket under iis with php 8.0, and when trying to open tickets I am not prompted for any ticket subject or ticket detail, I can only click on create a ticket which then creates the ticket without the subject or any details...

The installation is fresh, also tried updating to 1.16.2 (current installed version, still have the problem), and no plugin are installed aside from the official italian language pack

Am I missing something? Do they need to be enabled somewhere?

Go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms
Click on Ticket Details.
Do you have:
Issue Summary and Issue Details?

It should look something similar to this:

[You won't have the first three on Form Fields: Location, Program, Room Number as those are custom to my setup.]

if you change the Help Topic do they appear?

What web broswer are you using? Can you open the Dev tools for that broswer and see if you are getting any console errors?

Tried both mozilla and chrome, same behavior, will try edge soon

As for the console, this comes out with a denied symbol and a GET at the start of every line:

Also this is the output of Firefox's console, not chrome's

Javascript is enabled and it works on other websites

Go to the help topic in Admin Panel > Manage > Help Topics and check the Forms tab to ensure the fields are enabled.
