Hello, I was hoping you would make it so that tickets can't be opened for users whose accounts have "Locked (Administrative)" status.
My manager is requiring that we keep the accounts of all users who are no longer authorized use of the ticketing system in the user directory for recordation and audit purposes. He requires me to administratively lock the accounts of those who have left the companies or who are no longer permitted access to the ticketing system. I also always change the names to "(Defunct_User)First Last" and use strikeout text for it in order to try to avoid confusion; however, some agents don't properly check, or select the wrong name accidentally when creating tickets. This has occurred twice in recent months, and it's not good, as it makes it appear that we aren't locking accounts when individuals leave the companies or are no longer authorized access to the ticketing system.
