ERROR 500 AFTER REPLY

Hi, after upgrade to 1.16.1 we get a "ERROR 500" when reply tickets, otherwise the reply is sent to the client but we need to get back the browser to keep using OST....

There´s no logs about this issue on OST even on PHP logs...

PHP 8.0
OST VERSION 1.16.1.

I do not experience the same issue. You will need to review your logs for any related errors.

There´s no logs about any errors!. Even the outgoing mails is sending like code right now!...

That’s very strange. Do you have valid SMTP configured in the helpdesk? If so can you confirm the email is in the Sent folder of the address with SMTP configured?

Not sure if the mail´s account is able to save outgoing mails. Anyway, all the outgoing mails sent from osticket has the same issue, they looks like a code (as you cann see on print screen)....

Im not sure if this issue starts after we applied the patches that @Tinnitus indicate or even before, cause we start to replied after.

could a Re-upload about this version solve this issues? any idea?

Shouldn't be a result of the patches. Sure, you can try reuploading the code. Just strange that I cannot replicate this at all. I use Gmail SMTP and sending to gmail and other providers works just as intended with all the latest patches applied, etc.
