Hi everyone, i was just wondering if someone in here could tell me how does osTicket connect to a mailbox and create a ticket? is this a script running on the server or is this part of the web application itself?
The reason I ask is that I want to try make a web app that connect to a mailbox and extract emails that contain zipped up xml files and not sure how to do that part 🙂 need to look for ideas on how other web apps are doing this.
Safe to say I am not a web app developer and this is more of a personal project of mine.
Hoping there is a friendly person out there that can guide me to how OSTicket does this. 🙂
