If you go to the Admin Panel > Settings > Knowledgebase and click the link from the tooltip help from Canned Responses the system resirecs to the Knowledgebase Canned Responses on the Agent Panel but the link on the main menu does no change back to Admin Panel link. To return to the Admin Panel you have to click the Agent Panel link and then the Admin Panel link appears and click it to go to the Admin Panel page.
