Heya,
I was wondering if someone was able to successfully implement combotree for osTicket 1.15.x? I did find the old modifications for version 1.10, however these obviously no longer directly work. I tried messing around with it myself, but to no avail, my understanding of PHP and JS is fairly limited.
Thus i wanted to ask the broader community if someone was able to implement these old modifications themselves, or created something from scratch, and if so, how?
