Osticket Android App not working

For which version of osticket are Osticket free/pro and admin on android?
With 1.16.1 i can login but shows no data.
I can remember using it before without no problems,
is it only for special versions available?

There is no official osTicket android app. So I don't know what you are talking about.

Those are 3rd party apps that are not recommended at all. You are using those at your own risk.

Those are not distributed by osTicket.
They were made by a third party and may or may not be safe for you to use.
You would also need to contact their author for support.
They are not supported here on the forums.
If you choose to use them, you do so are your own risk.
There is no official osTicket android or iphone app at this time.
