Hi,
if i open a Ticket from a users mail address the "New Ticket" E-Mail is not sent to the users mail.
if i open the ticket for him via website he got this mail.
how can i activate that?
Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets Click on Autoresponder see New Ticket by Agent:
Auto Responder is activated but no E-Mail is sent to the sender of the Ticket E-Mail. What can i do?
Problem is solved. had disabled Auto Responder in the IMAP Mail Settings of the Mail Address himself.
