I'm using v.1.15.6 and so far all is working well. It was noted by one of my pilot users that the phone number field on the 'Open a New Ticket' page is an optional field. This can cause some issues in my company and we would like to make the phone number field a required field. The Ticket Details form show the phone number fields but it's listed as optional and uneditable. Is there anyway to require a phone number on the 'Open a New Ticket' form/page?
