Schedule Pulling Setup

Hi All, I am exploring the open-source system. i set up the OS ticket (1.16.1) system on Debian 11bulls eye OS... now i am trying to set up the auto email fetching from the M365 mailbox. Successfully set up the email account and I enabled the email fetching and auto-corn in Mail-> settings. i stuck with the finding path to corn.php.
edited the Corntab file ,Path: /etc/corntab

still, auto fetch is not working.... any help is much appreciated...

Do not use auto cron if you are using a cron job. Please Disable "Fetch on Auto-cron" and leave "Email Fetching" Enabled.

Also, you are calling the wrong script. rcron.php is for remote cron; only used when you can call it locally on the web server. Please follow our documentation on how to add a cron job correctly:

Thanks for the reply. I also followed the same article. As you said i uncheck the "Fetch on auto-run"

Still not fetching the emails from mailbox??? do i still need to modify the crontab file???
