Is there a way to create multiple tickets from fields on a single form?
For example our HR department are using osTicket for general HR queries. Managers use an osTicket Form/Help topic to inform HR of a new employee. The form also includes fields for requesting IT equipment and access which I would like to create an IT support ticket from. So HR would get the employee information as a ticket and IT would get the user details as a ticket.
Any ideas?
