Hi, I have been having issues with the user authentication and password reset links. Users keep reporting that links do not activate or reset the account. Each time the user clicks on the link they are re-direct to the agent login page below and nothing happen.

You are using an old, outdated version of osTicket. Please upgrade to v1.15.6 and retest.

We had this issue, and upgrading to the latest version fixed it.
