Collaborator based on Assigned Staff

Is there a way to automatically add a collaborator based on which agent is assigned the ticket? If Jeff is assigned the ticket, Mary is automatically added as a collaborator, or if Bill is assigned the ticket, Gwen is automatically added as a collaborator.

There is no way to accomplish this at this time.

Kevin is correct, this is not a feature in osTicket at this time.

You could alter the core file to achieve something like this if you know PHP/HTML though. I'm not sure how you would do that though.

Thanks for the input. I've passed on the information. I've also been talking with some of our programmers, and they think we might be able to do this with a trigger on the database that OSTicket uses. Does that sound like something that could be done?

If you can figure out how to programmatically add a collaborator to a ticket, then sure.
