Hi,
I had osticket 1.15.3 installed. I decided to migrate to 1.16.1. I set php version to 8 and did it through Softaculous in cpanel. After upgrade, my site is not accessible anymore and I face with the following error:
Deprecated: Required parameter $key follows optional parameter $namespace in /home/atwozico/help.rafiee.net/include/class.config.php on line 190
