I'm trying to figure out how to remove what's in the Red box in the image of the open.php page. i want to add a few images and new text but I'm not sure on where i would be doing that in and how to?

Do a recursive search in the codebase for those words, open the file(s) they are found in, and then edit the file(s) to your liking.
