osTicket 1.16 errors in PHP 8

I'm trying to install and use osTicket 1.16.1 on PHP 8, and the following errors occur:

Deprecated: Required parameter $key follows optional parameter $namespace in /home/jeanedne/public_html/osticket2/include/class.config.php on line 190

Warning: ini_set(): Session ini settings cannot be changed after headers have already been sent in /home/jeanedne/public_html/osticket2/bootstrap.php on line 19

Warning: session_cache_limiter(): Session cache limiter cannot be changed after headers have already been sent in /home/jeanedne/public_html/osticket2/bootstrap.php on line 21
