It is possible to include assigned by field in the export of "close" tickets?
ie if Ticket 001 was pickup by agent1, agent1 assigned it to Agent2.

Not at this time. When you close a Ticket the Assignment is cleared (as the ticket is no longer open). So on the Closed queue if you choose to export the Assigned Agent data it will show the Closing Agent instead.
