How do I integrate osTicket with my existing phone system?
I want osTicket to auto generate a ticket when a customer calls our support desk. I am looking for phone system integration or through connecting database of phone system.
Is there a video online that can show me how to do this?

Without any information about your phone system, I'm not sure how to answers this other than really vaguely.
Your phone system would need to send an email to the ticket system or utilize the API to open a ticket directly.
