Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get Google Authentication for clients in the system.
I have followed this tutorial succesfully:

However, when I login with a Google account from my domain I get this error message:

"This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in helpdesk.ingeniousamericas.comapi.
If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

Any guidance you can provide on this? Im just one step away from making it haha

    You are using a very old version of osticket that is no longer supported. It will be in your best interest to upgrade to the latest version.

        I’m saying 1.10.x is very old, outdated, and vulnerable to some serious security issues. Upgrading to the latest version is in your best interest.

            Ok cool, what if I update and still get the same error? Where will I get support?

              If you upgrade to v1.15.6 or v1.16.1, download and install the latest version of the plugin from our website, and still have this issue you can post back here with any errors you see.
