Cant Give users an Organisation

Im not that experienced in coding (like at all so I'll try to be as helpfull as possible)

Okay so when I try to give a user an organization this error occures. The same error shows up when i swap the organization with an already existing one by going on the tab "users" --> press on a user --> click on organization --> then press on change --> change with an already existing one --> and then the error shows (heres a picture)

It does change the organization when i refresh the page... but yeah i just wanted to know if im doing anything wrong in particular. I hope my issue is kind of understandable.

Oh the Version of OsTicket im using is v1.15.4

Add a dummy field to your Organization Form, save the changes, delete the dummy field, run cron via command line. This should drop and re-create the ost_organization__cdata table with the appropriate columns.

@KevinTheJedi Okay theres 1 Question... What do you mean by "run cron via command line" all i could find about it, is for Linux but not for windows. Yet i've found a moodle cron package that i could download for windows... dont know if thats the right thing im looking for 😅 😅

Running cron manually means running the api/cron.php file via command-line using PHP cli. To do this on Linux you can run php /path/to/osticket/api/cron.php. For windows I assume you can do something like /path/to/php.exe /path/to/osticket/api/cron.php. If not, please consult your server's documentation on how to manually run PHP scripts via command line.
