Error HTTP 500

Whenever I try to access my main page where everyone can create tickets, I get the HTTP 500 error. I've searched everything local to solve the error, but nothing was helpful to me. Note: All pages after the main one work correctly, as in the example below. 192.156.0.24/osticket/ (Error 500 HTTP). 192.156.0.24/osticket/scp/ (Works properly!!) How to proceed ??

You’ll need to review all logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

Could the error be due to the landing page being blank?

None of your screenshots show error logs except for the one of osTicket System Logs. You need to hover over the error title to see the contents of the error.
