Dear comunity,
my provider only allows databases with a maximum capacity of 2GB. Now we have reached this limitation and a lot of osTicket - Database-Errors. I have contacted my Provider to increase the limitation, but unfortunatelly this is not possible. Has anyone in the Forum a good idea to solve this problem? For example to split os-ticket in 2 Databases or anything else? Cleaning up the Database is not an option because we must have a access to older tickets.
