How to view the "Assigned To" column for users not agents can we add assign to column to tickets table which is displayed for users

There is no way to accomplish this at this time within the core codebase. You will need to modify the code yourself to accomplish this.

    I have review your question and it is you can solve your problem by following way:
    You can click on the top of the column on the "Assigned To" and it changes to sort by agent. Moreover visit osticket forum again.
