There is no way to accomplish this at this time within the core codebase. You will need to modify the code yourself to accomplish this.

I have review your question and it is you can solve your problem by following way:
You can click on the top of the column on the "Assigned To" and it changes to sort by agent. Moreover visit osticket forum again.
