White Screen after installing on IIS Manager

Hello guys,
I installed OsTicket on a Windows Server 2019.
I followed every step from the Video made by OsTicket.

Now I need start the Installation from OsTicket in the Admin Panel. But somehow there is just a blank page.
other browsers dont work.

I'm using PHP 8.0.15.

You should really read the pre-requisites/minimum requirements before installing. osTicket only supports PHP 7.2 - 7.4 at this time. PHP 8 support is coming very soon.

TLDR;
Downgrade your PHP version to PHP 7.2-7.4 and you should be fine.
