I was able to remove our in-house email signatures and disclaimers, by checking the HTML code on one of the signatures, and using the first part of the code as the reply separator tag . This is working great except when a new ticket is created. If the email is sent to me and then I forward ticketing system, it removes everything below my signature, which is all the details. It seems to apply the reply removal rule even on new tickets. Is there a way to exclude new ticket from this rule, and only apply that on reply emails?
