Yesterday, we upgraded to v1.15.4 (from 1.15.3), and all seemed to go well. It was a bit odd, in that when I connected to the system after replacing all the files, no upgrade script ran. But the admin panel shows all is well, and most things seem to work.
However, I noticed this morning that images in existing posts aren't showing up, and if users had attached images as attachments, they're basically missing. If I click one, I get this message:
Unable to find that file: No such backend registered
If I download it instead of clicking to view, it's a 52 byte file. However, this is only a problem on existing tickets—a newly-created ticket with either an inline graphic or attached image file works fine.
All ideas on where/how to debug this issue appreciated; here's our server info panel:
