do not load the tickets

Good afternoon, I have an ostiket v 1.14.5 in my company.
When I try to open tickets via the "tickets -> open" menu, then the page with requests loads with the error "Fatal Error: Contact system administrator" or does not load at all or loads after the fourth attempt.
How can I fix it?

Seems like you have some FastCGI/sessions issues with your setup. You will need to research the error and see how to resolve it. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate the issue so I don't know exactly what your issue is. From glancing at the error however it appears maybe PHP is having trouble accessing the /var/services/tmp folder?

It sounds like PHP doesn't have permissions to write the session to the folder that PHP is trying to write to.
