Error downloading PDF attachment

When we receive a ticket with a PDF type attachment and a weight of 56Kb, when we download it it downloads with 0Kb, I have OsTickets 1.15.4 installed on a local server, and the attachments are saved in a folder outside the database, which can happen, can you tell me how to solve it. Thank you.

You will need to check all logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors. Without more information it's virtually impossible to assist.
