We are preparing to release new builds of the osTicket Plugins with PHP 8 support included. We have put together pre-release builds for the community that allows osTicket Plugins to run on PHP 8. Any feedback is welcome as we work on finalizing this release.

Do I need to disable it after upgrade to v1.16?

I would suggest installing/upgrading to v1.16.1 instead of v1.16. To answer your questions, the Plugins have already been updated on our website. Please download and use the ones on our website.
