How to change some words in the ITA file

Hello everyone, I would like to ask you for help on how to change some words of the Italian language file because some translations are not correct and I would like to change them.
I did a search with Notepad ++ inside the file "it.phar" that I put in the folder "/ www / html / include / i18n" but when I make a change then it does not appear on the site.
For example I would like to change "Tasks" -> "Apri" to "Aperti" because "Apri" is wrong!
Can you tell me what is the correct procedure to do? Thank you

You can un-phar the phar archive, make changes, and re-phar it but you’ll need to look up guides online and it might be a learning curve.

The official way is to suggest translation changes on our Crowdin and once approved and we rebuild the language packs it will be included.

"Apri" is in.

You should do a search:

https://i18n.osticket.com/translate/osticket-official/all/enus-it?filter=basic&value=3#q=apri

This is searching all strings for Apri. I can see only three Open strings that are set to Apri but the rest appear to be set to Aperto.

Thanks for your answer. I voted +1 on the answer "Aperti" because that is the correct translation since it involves identifying the menu item with all the open tickets, so it is not "Apri" but "Aperti" (ie plural).
At this point how can I do the rebuild? Or do I first change the word to:

We have to rebuild them as it requires an API key. Regardless, once it’s approved and we rebuild eventually it will be included.
