Every time I attempt to enable IMAP or POP fetching in an email address under the admin building, it says "Please wait... it will take a second!", hangs there for 3+ minutes and then I finally get an Internal Server Error/500.
Apache version: 2.2.24
PHP version 5.3.22
MySQL version: 5.1.70-cll
I am on a shared host and I made sure IMAP is installed. I do not see anything regarding the error in the error log. Does OsTicket have an log file?
