when i export closed tickets it shows how assign ticket to the agent. but i want to see assigned agent. i try to change column configuration, but couldnt get righ t result
i want to see assigned agent on exported file.
Have you tried editing the Queue to remove the Assignee field and add the Assigned To field.
ntozier of course i did, but nothing changes. it shows assigned agent on the opened tickets table, when i change ticket's status to Solved, its going to the closed tickets table and then it shows the agetnt who assign it
Are you editing your personal agent queue(s) or the system queue(s)?
i made every changes on admin panel
If you are editing the Queue at Admin panel -> Tickets -> Queues and nothing is changing in your Queues, then you personalized your Agent Queues.
