I just realized that I can't modify some of my existing filters. I get the error message:
"Unable to add this ticket filter. Correct any errors below and try again."

So I createt a new test filter with the same result.


Any help or suggestions?

Sorry I found the reason.

I was using a filter with checked "Stop processing further on match!". Because of that I had no filter actions. It seems that that is not working any more. I now have always to choose a filter action.

It would be helpful if the message "Unable to update this ticket filter. Correct any errors below and try again." would say that a filter action is missing.

When it gives that error you can click through the tabs and it should show you more detailed errors on the Filter Actions tab.
