I set up my setting and i changed https://forum.osticket.com/d/94479-authentication-failure-starttls-failed-code-220-response-smtp-server-ready/28 here as they write in /include/pear/Net/SMTP.php file but still i am taking error shown in picture
In addition i tried to send mail using with nodemailer.js and it succes.

Sounds like you need to reach out to your mail provider for further assistance. They should have full visibility into the mailserver logs and should be able to tell you what the issue is.
