Hi, I am trying to edit the new ticket alert to show the subject line from an email in the alert

My users send in emails via Outlook and the new email alert shows the ticket number, who sent it and the department the ticket is in

In my template I have tried using %{ticket.name} , %{ticket.id} , %{ticket.subject} to get the subject line of the email into the alert but I can only see the body of the email

Any help would be great

Ah please go ahead and set this to resolved

Under email settings I had separate template sets for system and alert emails, I have set them both to use the correct template set now
