Hi all,

I have an issue can't open a ticket with error "HTTP ERROR 500" but I can check the ticket number on DB. Ho to fix this issue?

osTicket version: osTicket (v1.14.1)
PHP version: 7.3.12
DB: 5.5.64-MariaDB
