Error al abrir Ticket

Buenas tardes
Estoy teniendo problemas con el programa, cuando trato de abrir el ticket #0061, el sistema se congela mucho tiempo y cuando abre, solo muestra los datos principales del ticket, sin embargo, no permite responder o actualizar nada. Además, el sistema no arroja errores registrados.
No sucede con otros tickets, el único que da problemas es el #0061

It looks like its dying at "Fecha de Vencimiento".
My guess is that there is a PHP (or MySQL) error that be being logged that corresponds with this issue. We would need it to be able to attempt to diagnose your issue.

Ya esta corregido, si trataba de editar el ticket me marcaba error y se congelaba, así que desde la cola de tickets le cambie el estado y cuando ingrese ya trabajaba bien.

Como se solucionó?? yo tengo el mismo problema, no puedo visualizar los tickets, y desde la cola de tickets le quiero cambiar el estado y tampoco me deja, se queda congelado

Hice un hilo exactamente por este problema pero para la versión v1.16.3. Y no tuve ninguna ayuda de momento, por favor expliquen si pudieron solucionarlo. En mi caso son todos los tickets generados desde la web, luego de haber agregado Temas de ayuda.
