Recently we duplicate my osticket to another server for testing purposes, hence the server having the same setting as well as the email account used for Fetching Email via IMAP or POP. May I know will affect the production system from receiving all the emails? is the emails will split into my production and test environment?

That would really depend on how you have email configured in both systems.

If you have the test system pick up and delete all emails... then obviously the live system wouldn't be able to pick them up if the test system picked up first.

So in short you would need to tell us how you have things configured.
