In some cases, the Agent assigned to a Ticket needs to continue managing the ticket, while assigning attached Tasks to other Agents. In one of those tasks, when the assigned Agent posts an update on their progress, the Ticket owner is not alerted (only when Task is Closed). It would be great to be able to know where they are on the process without manual monitoring.
Current workaround is for Ticket owner to add them selves as Collaborator, and they will see the non-internal Updates. Would be nice as a persistent option in Admin Panel > Tasks > Alerts
