Session Error.... ?

Hi. For some reason, early this morning all users of the system started reporting an issue where if they click "open" ticket queue and then "open" link below they get the following error:

Warning: session_start(): Failed to read session data: user (path: /tmp) in /home/customer/www/XXXXXXX/public_html/support/include/class.ostsession.php on line 87

All other filters, searches and links open OK.

osTicket Version v1.15.4 (6bd7884) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache
MySQL Version 5.7.32
PHP Version 7.4.27
Anyone seen this before, or can give me a starting point?

Did someone upgrade PHP or the webserver recently?

Does the file exist?

If it does what is the ownership and permissions on the file?

Hi, yes you were correct. Looks like PHP was switched to 7.4 and it didnt like it, back to 7.3 and its fine.
Siteground claim is wasnt changed by them, but I have my doubts.
