Hi there, i got a problem to assign the right templates to the right e-mail adresses. version osTicket 1.7
1.
customer A sends an e-mail to support@ - a ticket is generated and he gets an auto response with the ticket number from templates A
2.
customer B sends an e-mail to contact@ - just an auto response should be send to him from templates B
Could you pls give me some help to to set this up pls.
